In the Regulations on public procurements of works approved by the Order of the Government No. 834 of September 13, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 169-171, 923), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

Item 69 to state 1) in the following edition:

"69. Depending on object and complexity of purchases of working group as members with voting power representatives of the central industry authorities can be included.";

Item 134 to exclude 2).
