1. In subitem 5.14 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 127, 5/22692; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.04. 2014, 5/38697), words", depending on category of the certificate of compliance, and also the list of the specialists who are subject to certification, criteria of their admission to certification according to its specializations and the corresponding category of the competence certificate" shall be replaced with words "for receipt of certificates of compliance of the first or fourth category, classes of complexity of construction objects and (or) separate types of architectural, town-planning, construction activities (their components), works on inspection of buildings and constructions, the right to construction and (or) implementation of which provide the specified certificates of compliance, and also the list of heads, the specialists who are subject to certification, criteria of their admission to certification for its specializations".
