About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning employment relationships

In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1180 "About approval of the Approximate form of the contract of the employer with the worker" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 62, 5/1417; 2000, No. 56, 5/3337; 2002, No. 30, 5/10072; No. 51, 5/10357; 2004, No. 137, 5/14714; 2012, No. 13, 5/35143):

1.1.1. in part one of Item 2 of the word "for deterioration in legal status of the worker in case of early contract cancelation" shall be replaced with words "in case of early contract cancelation with the worker";

1.1.2. in the Approximate form of the contract of the employer with the worker approved by this resolution:

in Items 1 and 2 of the word "name, middle name" shall be replaced with words "own name, middle name (if that is available)";

in Item 3:

state subitem 3.6 in the following edition:

"3.6. observe requirements for labor protection, and also rules of conduct in the territory of the organization, in production, auxiliary and household rooms;";

add Item with subitems 3.6-1-3.6-5 of the following content:

"3.6-1. fulfill the regulations and obligations on labor protection provided by the collective agreement, the agreement, the employment contract, job responsibilities and employment policies and procedures;
