About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283

According to article 19 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2013 No. 283 the following changes:

a) paragraph two of Item 2 of the Regulations on the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Customs union approved by the specified Decision after the word of "divisions" to add with the words "and on 2 representatives of the Belarusian-Kazakhstan-Russian business community from each state member";

b) Item 3 of the Section II of the list of executive bodies of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space which authorized representatives are included the Advisory committee on interaction of monitoring bodies on customs border of the Customs union approved by the specified Decision to state in the following edition:

"3. Consumer protection agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
