The corresponding local regulation of the organization performing educational activities is accepted taking into account opinion of council of students, council of parents, and also representative body of employees of this organization and (or) students in it (in case of its availability).

2. The state and municipal organizations performing educational activities for educational programs of the primary general, main general and secondary general education establish requirements to clothes of students according to the standard requirements approved by authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation.

3. Providing students in cases and according to the procedure which are established by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation can be performed by clothes of students within budgetary appropriations of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation.
