Article 1

Bring in article 32 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 No. 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 145; 2006, No. 3, Art. 282; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3607; 2010, No. 19, Art. 2291; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; No. 30, Art. 4590; No. 47, Art. 6607; 2012, No. 30, Art. 4172; 2014, No. 8, Art. 738) following changes:

Item 4.2 to add 1) with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) receipt in authorized body or its territorial authority of information from state bodies, local government bodies, citizens or the organizations on implementation of activities by non-profit organization as the non-profit organization performing functions of the foreign agent which did not submit the application for inclusion it in stipulated in Item the 10th article 13.1 of this Federal Law the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent.";

2) the subitem 6 of Item 5 and Item 6.1 to recognize invalid;

Item 7 to add 3) with paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of identification of the non-profit organization performing activities as the non-profit organization performing functions of the foreign agent which did not submit the application for inclusion it in stipulated in Item the 10th article 13.1 of this Federal Law the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent authorized body includes such non-profit organization in the specified register.

The decision on inclusion of such non-profit organization in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent can be appealed in court.".
