For the purpose of realization of part 3 of article 14.55 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine what under gross violation of conditions of the public contract on the state defense order, the committed official of the head contractor, the official of the state customer, is understood:
repeated making of the administrative offense provided by parts 1 and 2 of article 14.55 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences;
the violation of conditions of the public contract which entailed damage of the Russian Federation a minimum of 5 percent (but at least 5 million rubles) the prices of the public contract;
the violation of conditions of the public contract which entailed failure to carry out of the established task according to the state defense order.
2. This Resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
