About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (1) and amendments in the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 108-109, 332), with subsequent changes, Item b) to declare articles II of the Law No. 119 of June 18, 2010 on modification invalid.
Art. II. - Article 1, Items g) and s) Articles 22, Item i) Articles 30, articles 38-1 and 39 of the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997 to editions of the Law No. 119 of June 18, 2010 in the part concerning the State register of voters and electoral registers become effective from the date of entry into force of this law.
Art. III. - Central Election Commission to take necessary measures for implementation of the State register of voters to regular elections and to provide informing employees of the selective sphere, voters and other interested subjects about new provisions of the legislation on elections.
