About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 21, 2014

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 7, the Art. 229) the following changes:

in Article 260:

to state paragraph two of part 1 in the following edition:

"it is punished by penalty at the rate from three thousand to five thousand settlement indicators or imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.";

to state paragraph two of part 2 in the following edition:

"it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to eight years with confiscation of property.";

in paragraph one of part 3 of the word "with attraction" shall be replaced with words "in the relation";

in paragraph one of part 4 of the word "with attraction" shall be replaced with words "in the relation".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
