Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the public and non-state debt of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 9, the Art. 331) the following change:
to state Item 2 of Article 5 in the following edition:
"2. Absolutely admissible size of public debt shall not exceed the size of the gross domestic product (GDP), and the size of the public external debt shall not exceed 60 percent from amount of gross domestic product. At the same time the annual decision concerning the size of public debt is made by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of approval of the law on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding year.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
