For the purpose of preserving, reproduction and rational use of unique, valuable breeds of the plants of park zone in the settlement of Durmen of the Tashkent region having natural and ecological, scientific, cultural and esthetic value, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Accept the offer of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyats of the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region about education based on park zone in the settlement of Durmen of Kibraysky district of the Tashkent region of National park by "Дурмень" Ploshchad of 32,4 of hectare.

2. Determine that:

The national park "Durmen" belongs to the category of the protected natural territory, has special scientific, ecological, cultural and esthetic value, is property of the state and is protected by it;

in the territory of National park "Durmen" any activities contradicting its purpose and menacing to preserving, reproduction and recovery of vegetable objects are forbidden;

seizure of land of National park "Durmen" for the state and social needs, and also implementation of construction of industrial, economic, residential and other facilities is not allowed (except for for needs of National park);

the parcels of land of National park "Durmen" are not assessed with the land tax.

To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan to include in accordance with the established procedure National park "Durmen" in the State inventory of the protected natural territories.
