For the purpose of ensuring unconditional implementation of measures for financial and economic improvement of unprofitable and low-profitable enterprises on conversion of agricultural products and production of consumer goods, the Cabinet of Ministers decides increases in level of loading and effective use of capacities of the companies, preserving existing and creations of in addition new workplaces:

1. Take into consideration that the companies for conversion of agricultural products and production of consumer goods together with SAC Uzbekengilsanoat, National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, GAKB of Usak and OAKB "Capital-bank", and also with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the state Tax Committee and Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan developed and approve the programs - "road maps" (further - "road maps") on their financial and economic improvement providing:

measures for effective use of the existing assets of unprofitable and low-profitable enterprises, optimizations of not used floor spaces, and also mobilization of the available reserves;

technical and technological upgrade of the available production capacities due to replacement of obsolete and physically worn-out equipment;

acceptance of the adequate anticipatory measures for secured provision of the companies the electric power;

restructuring of financial liabilities, replenishment of current assets of the companies, including at the expense of credit resources of commercial banks;

implementation of efficient monitoring system behind implementation of the approved "road maps" for ensuring unconditional accomplishment of forecast parameters of the main financial and economic indicators reached as a result of their realization.
