About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on ensuring safe operation of agricultural machinery

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338; 2012, No. 5, Art. 34):

1) part the second to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) technical means for agro-industrial complex, are determined by the Law of Ukraine "About system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine";

Parts the thirteenth - the fifteenth to exclude 2).

2. Item 6 parts one of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 47, Art. 464; 2009 No. 10-11, of Art. 137; 2010, No. 38, Art. 511; 2011, No. 29, Art. 272; 2014, 80) to exclude Art. No. 6-7,.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
