About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the parking of vehicles

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 152-1 of the following content:

"Article 152-1. Abuse of regulations of the parking of vehicles

Failure to pay by the transport driver of cost of services in use of the platforms for the paid parking equipped with parking meters or automatic entrance and exit terminals

involves imposing of penalty from eight to twelve tax-free minima income of citizens.

Parkings of vehicles on the places intended for the free parking of vehicles, persons have no privileges,

attracts imposing of penalty on transport drivers from fifteen to eighteen free minima income of citizens.

Violation by officials of subjects of managing which contain platforms for the parking of the vehicles determined by rules of the parking of vehicles of requirements of placement and functioning of platforms for the parking

attracts imposing of penalty from twenty to thirty free minima income of citizens.

Not the equipment of platforms for the paid parking of vehicles parking meters, automatic entrance and exit terminals or other control facilities behind fee of the parking

attracts imposing of penalty on officials of subjects of managing who contain platforms for the paid parking of vehicles, from thirty to forty free minima income of citizens.

Making of violation, repeated throughout the year, provided by part four of this Article for which person was already exposed to administrative punishment,

attracts imposing of penalty on officials of subjects of managing who contain platforms for the paid parking of vehicles, from sixty to hundred free minima income of citizens.
