About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of defense and mobilization questions during mobilization

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

3 parts one of article 36 after the words "arrival of the worker" to add 1) in Item with the words "or the owner-physical person", and after words to "alternative (not military) service" to add with the words "except the worker's appeal on military service on mobilization, for the special period, but no more than one year";

Part one of Article 40 to add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:

"10) appeal or mobilization of the owner - physical person in case of the special period";

Part one of Article 43-1 to add 3) with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"Appeal or mobilization of the owner - physical person in case of the special period";

Article 47 to add 4) with part three of the following content:

"In case of mobilization of the owner - physical person he shall execute the obligations determined by this Article within a month after the demobilization without application of sanctions and penalties";

5) in Article 119:

the second after the words "About Alternative (Not Military) Service" to add part with the words "About Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization";

third to state part in the following edition:

"For the workers called on military service on mobilization for the special period, but no more than one year, the place of employment, position remain and average earnings at the company, in organization, the organizations in which they worked for appeal time, irrespective of subordination and pattern of ownership are compensated from the budget. Payment of such compensations from the budget within average earnings is made at the expense of means of the Government budget of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
