About modification and amendments in the Technical regulation "Juice and Products, Similar It, Intended for Direct Consumption"

1. In the Technical regulation "Juice and Products, Similar It, Intended for Direct Consumption" approved by the Order of the Government No. 1111 of December 6, 2010. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 247 - 251, Art. 1234), to make the following changes and additions:

1) in preamble the text "and the regulating document of the Commission Codex Alimentarius:" To exclude Codex Stan 247-2005 about fruit juice and nectars;

2) Item 3:

in the subitem 9) to replace figures of "12%" with figures of "8%";

in the subitem 11) after the word "fresh" to add with words ", without addition of sugars and/or honey";

Syntagma of "The law No. 186-XV from on April 24, 2003 about assessment of conformity of products" to replace 3) in Item 5 with syntagma "The law No. 235 of December 1, 2011 on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity;";
