1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for maintaining land cadastre in the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the state agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and approve the instruction for maintaining land cadastre.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of development of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Publish this resolution in mass media.
