About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population

1. In the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of monthly public welfare payments to some categories of the population approved by the Order of the Government No. 470 of May 2, 2006. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 73-74, 509), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

30-2. Payment of the monthly public welfare payments which are not received within 3 months and returned is resumed based on the written application or at oral request of the receiver for the period no more than 3 years preceding date of the address".
