About modification and amendments in the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation in power approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 238 of October 26, 2012

In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation in power approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 238 of October 26, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 22-25, 86), to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Item 22:

the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

b) with the consent of at least one member of Administrative board hires personnel of the Agency;";

add Item with the subitem of b-1) of the following content:

"b-1) according to the law dismisses workers, changes, stops and stops individual employment contracts with workers;";

"25. Meetings of Administrative board are convened by the CEO or at the initiative of two directors of council. The procedure of the organization and holding meetings of Administrative board and the procedure of clerical work are established by the regulations approved by council.".
