2. Determine that for the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs staying on the registry in territorial authority of Federal Service for Financial Monitoring on the date of entry into force of this resolution, repeated registration is not required.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 23, 2013 No. 364 "About approval of the Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property in the field of which activities there are no supervisory authorities, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 18, of the Art. 2267).
