About modification of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons"

I. The Item "and" of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 2002, 35, 262) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"a) to members of families of the military personnel, persons discharged from military service, other persons who have pension entitlement under this Law, the died (dead) owing to wound, contusions or mutilations received in case of protection of the Homeland, mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash or execution of other obligations of military service (service duties) or owing to the disease connected with stay at the front and were in the guerrilla groups and connections and the underground organizations and groups recognized as those the legislation of Ukraine, mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash or participation in fighting in peace time which are disabled on content of the died (died) supporter (at the same time to the children and other persons specified in the paragraph the second article 30 of this Law irrespective of whether there were they dependent on died (died) supporter), - 70 percent of cash cover (salary) of the died (died) supporter on one disabled family member. If dependent on the died (died) supporter there were two and more family members, pension is granted in the amount of 90 percent of cash cover (salary) of the died (died) supporter which is distributed between them equal shares, but at least 40 percent on each disabled family member. In the same sizes, irrespective of cause of death of the supporter, pensions to members of families of the died disabled veterans and to members of families which part the children who lost both parents "are are estimated.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
