1. Item 49 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 950 of October 14, 1997. "About approval of the Regulations on service, the text of the oath, Regulations on procedure for bringing of the oath, the List of special ranks and sample of the official ID for the private and the commanding structure of penal system of the Ministry of Justice" (1997, 781), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 74-75, in the following edition:

"49. Employees of penal system are on the state providing receive cash, food and ware allowance according to the regulations established by the Government.

Wearing civil clothes is allowed to faces of the commanding structure of security service of penal system.

Employees of penal system have the right to free allowance according to the regulations established by the Government for special consumers for the period of passing of rates on basic training and professional enhancement as a part of specialized division of Department of penal institutions.

Employees of penal system receive gratuitously portions of cold food (rations) for the period of transportation of prisoners on car - and/or rail transport as well on the time spent in departures, on exercise grounds, on exercises, for the period of participation in maneuvers and doctrines out of the places of permanent deployment of units, the term which is not exceeding 6 hours".
