2. In the fifth part of Article 16 of the word "court in the procedure established by the legislation" shall be replaced with words "in the procedure established by the laws, including judicially";

3. In Article 17 of the word "according to the legislation" shall be replaced with words "in the cases provided by the Civil code, the Code about administrative offenses and the Criminal code".
