1. To state the text of Article 18 in the following edition:

"Insurance of security guards upon loss of professional working capacity as a result of accidents and occupational diseases in connection with execution of labor functions is performed without fail according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory insurance from loss of professional working capacity as a result of labor accidents and occupational diseases".";

2. In Article 21 of the word "in the procedure established by the legislation" shall be replaced with words "in cases, provided by the Civil code, the Code about administrative offenses and the Criminal code".
