Article 1. The first offer of Article 1217 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 to state in the following edition: "Heirs of second priority are brothers and sisters, consanguineous or stepbrothers and sisters of the testator.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
