About entering of amendments into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 5 of Article 321 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 after the word of "organization" with words "(at the request of the organization)".
Article 2. To add Item 7 of part 1 of article 840 of the Code after the word of "warehouse" with words "(at the request of the organization)".
Article 3. Item 6 of part 3 of article 998 of the Code after the word "signature" to add with words "(also at will)", and to add part 7 after the words "seal of society" with words "(at will)".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
