About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. To the Ministry of Health to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2014, except the subitem 1 of Items 1-3 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2015.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 2, 2013 No. 753 "About approval of the Technical regulation of rather medical products" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 82, the Art. 3046):

1) to add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Determine that the action approved by this resolution of the Technical regulation does not extend to medical products which underwent state registration, are entered in the State register of medical equipment and products of medical appointment and are permitted for application in the territory of Ukraine and issuance and/or operation without passing of assessment procedures of compliance and marking by national mark of conformity:

till July 1, 2016 - for medical products which effective period of the certificate on state registration is unrestricted or comes to an end after July 1, 2016;

before the termination of effective period of the certificate on state registration - for medical products which effective period of the certificate on state registration expires till July 1, 2016.
