1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting monitoring of lands and use of its data in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Assign to the central authorized body on management of land resources, for the purpose of non-admission of duplication in carrying out soil and geobotanical researches, ensuring accuracy of the data of monitoring of lands, conducting single state accounting of soil, soil and salt, soil and erosive, soil and agrochemical, soil and geochemical, soil and meliorative, geobotanical researches and inspections, and also examination of thematic cards, the cartograms constituted on the basis of the specified researches and inspections.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 17, 1997 N 1347 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting monitoring of lands in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, N 41, the Art. 390);
