About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2012 No. 59

For the purpose of enhancement of the nature protection legislation and effective functioning of especially protected natural territories I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2012 No. 59 "About some questions of development of especially protected natural territories" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 24, 1/13301; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.07.2013, 1/14418; 25.01. 2014, 1/14783) following changes and amendments:

1.1. the paragraph of the seventh of subitem 3.1 of Item 3 after the words "except for" to add with words "placements of utility waste on the existing subjects to burial operated in the procedure established by the legislation (without increase in the area of placement of waste),";

1.2. in Regulations on the Berezinsky biospheric reserve approved by this Decree:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "when implementing the state control of use and protection of lands" "in case of control of use and protection of lands";

add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"illegal, including unauthorized, collection and (or) destruction of forest laying, live ground cover, removal (destruction) of fertile layer of earth, including the spreading breeds, on the area over three square meters, and when carrying out forestry and landscape and other activities - over the established regulations, except for contours of farmlands, accomplishment of forestry and landscape works, works on protection and protection of forest fund, placement of houses of the hunter and (or) the fisher, the equipped vacation spots, ecological tracks.";

third to state part in the following edition:

"For the purpose of providing conditions of natural development of natural complexes of the reserve its visit by physical persons, except for is forbidden:

officials of organization, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial authorities, bodies and divisions on emergency situations, National academy of Sciences of Belarus which access to the reserve is provided in coordination with organization, and also officials of the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus and bodies of the State Control Committee in case of execution of the service duties by them;

organized groups of visitors numbering up to 20 people accompanied by employees of organization.";

organized groups of visitors numbering up to 20 people accompanied by employees of organization on forest roads in quarters No. 122A of the Svislochsky forest area, No. 91, 116, 139, 142 Yazvinsky of forest area, No. 262-264, 291, 292, 322 Hvoyniksky of forest area, No. 806, 807 Korolevo-Mostovsky forest areas, No. 847, 848 Pashukovsky forest areas.";
