About modification and amendments in the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In part (1) Article 14:
in Item and) shall be replaced with words words of "parcels of land" "borders of land ownership of settlements";
Item b) to state in the following edition:
"b) establishment and designation by land marks of borders of the parcels of land;";
in Item d) words "cadastral plans;" shall be replaced with words "cadastral and geometrical plans (the parcels of land, structures and the isolated rooms);".
2. In part (1-1) Article 15 of the word "territorial cadastral offices." shall be replaced with words "specialized enterprise in the field of the inventory and its branches.".
3. Add the law with Article 15-2 of the following content:
"Article 15-2. Establishment and designation by land marks of borders of the parcels of land
(1) By provision of the parcels of land in property or use, except for the lands which are in public property of the state, the representative of body of local public authority of the first level establishes on the area of border of the parcel of land with creation of the act of establishment of borders on the sample approved by the Agency. In case of transfer into the ownership of the parcels of land in the course of mass primary registration establishment of borders on the area is optional.
(2) According to the statement of the owner of the parcel of land rotary points of borders can be designated by land marks according to the procedure, established by the Agency. Costs on establishment of borders and their designation for areas are born by the owner.
