Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for fee and expense recovery of the lawyers providing free secondary legal assistance, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of March 4, 2013 to No. 130 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 19, the Art. 640), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3:
Subitem 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) fee and expense recoveries (activities payment) for provision of free secondary legal assistance of lawyers which gave such help during the current budget period and also lawyers who began to give such help prior to the beginning of the current budget period and gave it to emergence of the bases for the termination of provision of free secondary legal assistance determined by the law,";
Subitem 2 to exclude 2).
2. State item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The fee and expense recovery (activities payment) of lawyers at the expense of budgetary funds provided by the subitem of 1 Item 3 presents of the Procedure are performed by the centers according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 305 "Questions of fee and expense recovery of the lawyers giving free secondary legal assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 30, Art. 1114; 2013, No. 2, Art. 39).".
