About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on gamblings No. 285-XIV of February 18, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 50-52, 230), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

1. Part (Article 11 to add 1) with the Item b-1) of the following content:

"b-1) require presentation of the identification document (the passport, the identity certificate, the residence permit, the travel document) or other official document with the photo for the purpose of the certificate that person wishing to participate in gamblings reached 18-year age. "f) the admission to gamblings (except lotteries and games of dexterity) persons which did not reach 18-year age, the admission to gamblings of persons who under the influence of alcohol, drug or other strong substance or for other reasons obviously do not realize the actions, and also assumption of access to the game hall of these persons;".

Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
