1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of accounting by the customs broker of goods and vehicles, accounting and representation to customs authority of the reporting on the goods and vehicles which are on temporary storage, accounting of the transported goods which are under customs control and submissions of the reporting under them by customs carrier;

2) Rules of accounting and submission of the reporting on the goods which are drawn up within customs regimes;

3) Rules of accounting and provision of the reporting under conditionally released goods and vehicles.

2. To legal support division (Ansarova I. Y.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the press service of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Konlybayeva A. A.) provide publication of this order in mass media.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First deputy of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erzhanov A. K.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
