According to Article 78 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the purpose of strengthening of control of the goods delivery and vehicles and streamlining of customs escort of goods and vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed List of Items of reception-transmission of customs escort (further - PPP).
2. To chiefs of customs authorities (further - TU) and customs to perform reception-transmission of the goods and vehicles going under customs escort only in PPP approved by this order.
3. To department of the organization of customs control of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Malgazhdarov A. B.) provide implementation of this order.
4. To legal support division of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ansarova I. Y.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To the press service of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Konlybayeva A. A.) provide publication of this order in mass media.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erzhanov A.
7. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
