About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on education on the organization of inclusive training

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In part three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About preschool education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 49, the Art. 259):

To add 1) after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"For satisfaction of educational, social requirements, the organizations of the correctional developing work as a part of preschool educational institutions can be created special and inclusive groups for education and training of children with special educational needs".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fourth respectively paragraphs third - the fifth;

In paragraph three the word "early" to exclude 2), and after words "comprehensive sanatorium schools (boarding schools)" to add with words "the educational and rehabilitation centers";

To add 3) with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"In all types of preschool educational institutions in case of realization of the right of children to preschool education special educational needs in training and education of each child, including children with special educational needs according to the principles of inclusive education are considered".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, the Art. 230):

Article 6 part one after the words "irrespective of race, skin color" to add 1) with words of "features of intellectual, social and physical development of the personality";

Part third of Article 21 to add 2) with the paragraph the second the following content:

"Children with special educational needs which study in special and inclusive classes of general education educational institutions are provided with free hot meals during the entire period of training in general education educational institution";
