About introduction of amendments to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 9, the Art. 79) the following changes:

1. The second to add part with the words "which together with this project and the signed analysis of regulatory influence moves in authorized body for preparation in the procedure for suggestions for improvement of the project established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the principles of the state regulatory policy (further-offers of authorized body)".

2. In part four:

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
