This Law establishes legal and social and economic guarantees of implementation of the rights and protection of legitimate interests of persons deported in 1988-1992 from the Azerbaijan Republic and which obtained citizenship of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 1. Limits of operation of the Law

Operation of this Law extends to the persons deported in 1988-1992 from the Azerbaijan Republic and who obtained citizenship of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 2. Right of housing providing

The procedure for allocation of dwellings to persons deported and obtained citizenship of the Republic of Armenia is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 3. Recognition by the employer concerning busy premises the persons Deported and obtained citizenship of the Republic of Armenia living in premises of municipal housing stock more than three years are recognized in accordance with the established procedure employers concerning the rooms occupied by them if concerning them other persons have no right of hiring or other rights.

Article 4. Privatization of housing stock of hostels

The premises of hostels which are under authority of the public, budgetary institutions are privatized to the persons deported and obtained citizenship of the Republic of Armenia living in them more than three years.

The procedure for privatization and the list of hostels, privatizeable, affirm the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
