About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007 No. 172

Bring in Chapter 57 of the Regulations on features of the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007 No. 172, the following changes and amendments:

- add with the fifth paragraph of the following content:

2. In the subitem 1 of Item 5:

- exclude the second and eighth paragraphs;

- state the seventh paragraph in the following edition:

"-observance of the technical regulation;".

3. In Item 6 of the word "wholesale" to replace with the word "turnover".

4. Enact this resolution from the date of the entry of the Republic of Tajikistan into the World Trade Organization.
