the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 3, 2014 No. 194 "About approval of Changes to Regulations on provision of the credits by the National Bank of Ukraine to banks of Ukraine for preserving their liquidity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 8, 2014 at No. 387/25164;
