About modification of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Items 1-3 of part 2 of article 75 of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia of February 21, 2007 in the following edition:
"1) official pay rates of judges of Administrative court exceed official pay rate of the judge of court of law on percent 14,47;
2) official pay rates of judges of Appeal Courts exceed official pay rate of the judge of court of law on percent 28,94;
3) official pay rates of judges of Court of cassation exceed official pay rate of the judge of court of law on percent 48,23."
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
