About recognition No. 57 which voided the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 21, 2014

According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and also for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I order:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 21, 2014 No. 57 "About approval of the Procedure of payments of limit of wholesale selling prices on insulin medicines on the basis of the comparative (reference) prices of such medicines", it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 25, 2014 for No. 164/24941.

2. To provide to department concerning quality of the medical and pharmaceutical care (T. Donchenko) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister R. Salyutin.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
