About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and storage of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements for forming and storage by banks of required reserves and stimulation of banks to responsible management of own liquidity of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 1.12 of Chapter 1 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and storage of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 2006 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2006 for No. 312/12186 (with changes) to replace figures "20" with figure "0".

2. General department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine and territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Prikhodko B. V.

4. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its official publication.
