About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2007 No. 744

Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2007 No. 744 "About approval of Rules of commission trade by nonfoods and modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2004 No. 384" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 144, 5/25341; 2008, No. 44, 5/26805; 2009, No. 14, 5/29066; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.07. 2012, 5/35957; 27.12. 2013, 5/38196) following changes:
in word preamble "part three of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 28, 2003 "About trade" shall be replaced with words "the paragraph the fourth article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus";
The rules of commission trade by nonfoods approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are attached).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 22, 2014.
