About use in the customs purposes of the documents and data constituted in foreign language

According to Article 366 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of customs clearance of goods and vehicles I order:

1. Determine that use in the customs purposes of the documents and data constituted in foreign language is made in the following cases:

1) under advice customs authorities about crossing of customs border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also about the goods delivery and vehicles in customs authority of appointment;

2) in case of recognition of the submitted documents by customs authority as the document of control of delivery if that is provided by the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) in case of submission of the short declaration if in these documents there are data necessary for filling of the short declaration;

4) when moving goods by physical persons in the preferential or simplified procedure by provision of documents, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the order;

5) in case of submission of the cargo customs declaration, provision of documents, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the order.

2. Concerning the documents conforming to international standards in case of customs clearance of goods and vehicles the requirement of transfer of the data containing in the submitted (confirmatory) documents is not allowed.

3. To legal support division of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ansarova I. Y.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To provide to the press service of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan publication of this order in mass media.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erzhanov A. K.
