About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" of December 26, 2008 to add with No. ZR-5 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) takes measures for identification in its administrative district of cases of not registration of the birth of children and to ensuring state registration of these births, submits in the cases established by the law and procedure the written application about state registration of the birth of the child.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
