According to Article 424 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for ensuring use of information systems and information technologies when making customs transactions, I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of application of information systems, information technologies and means of their providing for the customs purposes.

2. To legal support division (Ansarova I. Y.) The Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the press service of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan publication of this order in mass media.

4. Control of execution of this order is imposed on the vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mambetalin A. E.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
