About modification of the "Approximate provision on industrial parks" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2013 No. 865

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of the "Approximate provision on industrial parks" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2013 No. 865 in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 19, 2013 No. 628-IVQD I decide:

Make the following changes to the "Approximate provision on industrial parks" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 24, 2013 No. 865 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 4, Article 379):

1. give Item 1.3.4 in the following edition:

"1.3.4. resident of the industrial park - the legal entity who received according to the procedure, established by this Provision, the registration certificate of the industrial park and acting in the industrial park, or the physical person carrying on business without creation of the legal entity;".

2. Add Item 9.20-1 of the following content:

"9.20-1. If the resident of the industrial park wishes to create according to the new investment project in the industrial park other production site, then registration of this resident according to the new investment project is performed according to the procedure, established by part 9 of this provision, and to it the new registration certificate without cancellation of the previous registration certificate is granted.".
