1) in Article 2:

a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5) national sports - the sports which historically developed in ethnic groups of the population, having welfare focus and developing in the territory of the Russian Federation;";

b) in Item 24.1 of the word "and national sports" shall be replaced with words "sports, and also national sports which development is not performed by the relevant all-Russian sports federation";

Part 10 of Article 14 to state 2) in the following edition:

"10. For the purpose of development and promoting of national sports which are included in the All-Russian register of sports and which development is performed by public organization are possible receipt of the state accreditation by it and acquisition of the status of the all-Russian sports federation by it if her members and (or) structural divisions are the regional sports federations performing the activities in the territories less than half of subjects of the Russian Federation.
