About approval of Changes to Rules of transportation of dangerous goods
According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About transportation of dangerous goods", to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 383, and also for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation order:
1. Approve changes in Rules of transportation of the dangerous goods approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of July 26, 2004 No. 822, No. 1040/9639, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 20, 2004 which are attached.
2. To chiefs of GUMVD, Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to organize studying and to provide accomplishment of this order by employees of subordinate divisions of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
3. Department of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Sirenko A. P.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of the lieutenant general of Summer S. A.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
