About modification of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 1 of article 180 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. In Item 5:

a) in paragraph one of the word of "A4 format" to exclude;

b) add with the paragraph of the following content: "In case of declaration of goods in writing DT moves on sheets of the A4 format.".

2. State Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Giving of DT in writing is followed by representation of its electronic copy to customs authority which structure and format are determined by the decision of the Eurasian economic commission.".

3. The paragraph one of Item 10 after the word "If" to add with the words "in case of declaration of goods in writing".

4. In Item 13:

a) in paragraph one of the word "In the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "In case of declaration of goods in writing";

b) declare the last paragraph invalid.

5. In Item 15:

a) in the paragraph the second (after the table) subitem 6 the word "in bulk" to replace with the word "in bulk";
